J Rod Electrical LLC (“J Rod Electrical”, “we”, “us”) is a commercial electrical contractor based in Frisco, Texas. This policy explains what we collect through jrodelectrical.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect:
- your first and last name, company, email address and phone number
- your project location and the details you write about your project
- any drawings or files you attach
- whether you chose to receive text messages, the wording you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed
We also collect basic usage data automatically, such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and your approximate location, using cookies and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Our web server keeps standard logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.
How we use it
- to reply to your inquiry and prepare quotes or schedule work
- to keep a record of your inquiry in our customer management system
- to send text messages, only if you opted in (see “Text messaging” below)
- to understand how the website is used and to keep it secure and working
Text messaging
Text messages are optional. The text message box on our contact form is unchecked by default, and you can send us a message without ticking it. If you tick it, we may text you about your inquiry and project, such as scheduling, quotes and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Who handles your information for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our business. They handle your information only on our behalf and for these purposes:
- our email provider, to deliver messages sent through the contact form
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer management and messaging system, which stores your inquiry and sends text messages if you opted in
- Google Analytics, to measure website usage
- our website hosting provider
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website still works without cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond, carry out any work, and meet our business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your text message consent, by contacting us below. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message.
Security and children
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, but no internet transmission is completely secure. This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
